Planned Maintenance

Every lift and elevator we install requires regular maintenance for optimum performance and longevity. With regular scheduled maintenance we can keep your machine running as long as you need it. Our technicians will come to your home or place of business and perform the maintenance recommended by the manufacturer of the specific equipment.

What is planned maintenance and a safety inspection?

Planned Maintenance consists of a multipoint inspection of the rollers, guides, cables, hydraulic fluids, valves and seals, adjustment to timers, torqueing of all hardware, greasing the rail system, and testing the batteries / backup battery.

Safety Inspection consists of testing all safety equipment on the lift or elevator and documenting that the equipment is safe for use. This is required yearly on all commercial applications.

5 Year Full Load Testing consists of putting the full capacity weight on the elevator or lift and testing the safety components including the emergency brake system. This is required on all commercial applications and highly recommended on residential applications.
