We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Elevator Mechanic/Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in building a career in the elevator installation, maintenance, and repair industry. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn the trade, with opportunities for professional growth and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator systems, including hydraulic, traction, and MRL (Machine Room-Less) elevators.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and installations.

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service calls and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
