The passion we have for our work takes us all over the state of Kentucky, as well as into the greater Cincinnati area, and one thing we notice repeatedly is how much our customers appreciate the full service we are able to offer them.

Not only do we sell and install our lifts, we also take care of them after the sale. Customers love this because it makes communication easier, the tracking of any existing issues more thorough, and process of routine maintenance very straightforward. Instead of relying on a contractor or some other outside company, our customers have our trained experts at their disposal, ready to assess, diagnose, and fix any problems. In addition, we can make custom modifications with great confidence.

If you just need a new part, we can order it for you. If you need additional service, we’re happy to perform that, as well. There’s never any high pressure from our staff, and all of our pricing is upfront and clear—we simply want you to be safe, happy, and in possession of a sound lift or elevator.
