We are seeking a dynamic Market Sales Manager to grow with in the Eastern Kentucky area. The perfect person will need to demonstrate professionalism, caring, patience and persistence along with the ability to cultivate relationships over time. The perfect candidate must be high energy, outgoing, proactive, and on the go. Reliable transportation is a must. The position can be very rewarding in regards to helping people with their mobility and quality of life.
Our company is dedicated to helping our employees succeed. Transitions Mobility and Elevator offers continued training and education to help develop a confident and successful Market Sales Manager. There is a training period in which the new employee will have a modified compensation plan. Successfully mastering the products and services will move the employee out of the training period. This training pay period time frame is largely dependent on the ability of the candidate to learn quickly and dedicate themselves to being successful. Direction and leadership will be supplied by the company. Appointment setting help and all area leads will be supplied as well. All marketing materials will be supplied by the company. Employee will need access to a computer.
The market manager will be compensated for their mileage, given a cell phone allowance along with a small salary. Commission will be paid on sales and installation of equipment on a sliding scale that rewards performance and effort. Minimum expectations must be met monthly and quarterly to hold this position. Expected salary and commissions of 30K to 50K expectations 1st year. Commissions should grow to over 100K expected by 2nd to 3rd year. These are large dollar sales. The employee will office from their home at first. Depending on the level of success, an office may be supplied by the company in the near future.
